The UW40TC1W was also designed “Eco-Thoughtfully” with the environment in mind. All of the materials are lightweight, meaning lower transportation costs and a reduced carbon footprint. The cartons are made from recycled materials and can be recycled. All packaging are also printed with soy-based inks. And with all Westinghouse products, this HDTV contains no mercury or lead.
